简介：不良少年东航（山本裕典 饰）被学校告知因为学分不足必须参加社团活动来补足分数，本来觉得去哪都无所谓的东航被体操部的美女里中茉莉（冈本梓 饰）所吸引，为了能够创造机会接触里中，航加入到了男子体操部。由于体操一直被认为是女生的专有物，导致男子体操部非常尴尬的局面。场地只能和女子体操部一起使用，成员又很少，在学校则被其它部门所取笑。但部长竹中悠太（濑户康史 饰）则一直坚守着体操部，希望在即将来临的男子体操团体赛上有所成果，无奈人数不够。刚开始练习的航大感痛苦，但为了在里中面前逞强，只有继续。但随着练习的加深，航逐渐对男子体操有了正面和深入的认识，进而真正喜爱上了体操。体操部又逐渐迎来了其他成员。但发展壮大的过程中，矛盾和困难也逐渐浮出水面。极其讲究协作和配合的男子体操团体赛，这一群性格各异的男孩能够完成别人所说的不可能的任务吗？
