简介：东北某县新乐屯正在酝酿成立农业生产合作社。屯子里喜气洋洋，有些人恨不得马上成立合作社。可是，中农姜发自认为有马、有车，暗地里拉贫农唐六跟他搞“互助”。这一天，村里召开全村大会，准备成立合作社。村里的广场上，人们敲锣打鼓，载歌载舞，热闹极了。可快到中午，区上还没来人。村支部书记路长青派春梅到区里去请人，区委范书记突然来到村里，范书记因看到区里这两年合作社组织有了很大发展，不了解群众的热情，已有了“坚决收缩”的思想。刚一进合作社办公室，便看到姜发和唐六先后来要求不参加合作社，又听说成立合作社资金有困难，便不批准新乐屯成立合作社。大家你一言我一语，向范书记保证能克服这些困难，要求他改变决定。
