简介：《DERO密室游戏大脱逃》是从完全密室中逃走的一场游戏，如果无法复兴出问题将会坠入地狱的深渊，要清除设定好的炸弹只要走错一步就会大爆炸。渐渐逼近的天花板，举措不够快的话就会被压成肉饼。开心解开密室里的谜题，为了奖金开心的逃走；亘古未有的节目。团体挑战包括队长在内以6~8人编组成为一个团队，随机抽取人到密室房间挑战，以逃出密室并且获得奖金为目标，当挑战者在密室内挑战时， 其他人则在救援室内讨论答案并且在挑战者打救援电话时给予答案的援助。每一队挑战三个房间挑战者在逃出房间时逃脱的人可以获得奖金，所以挑战失败的人没有奖金，奖金一人有63万元，再平分给全部来宾。对抗战方式(此模式于2011年6月25日在台湾播出，日本于2011年1月12日开始以每周交替团体战与对抗战的方式播出) 以艺人编组(节目&准节目来宾)与开放观众参加编组所编成的两个队伍互相对抗，编组规则跟团队挑战一样，挑战两回合，每一回合逃脱成功的人可以帮队伍获得一分，逃脱成功的人每人一分计算，到最后一回合的分数最多的队伍获胜。
